410不锈钢材性能用途：
SUS410是无镍的不锈钢，1Cr13是不锈铁，加工标准件时之前需要退火处理。
SUS410为马氏体不锈钢，淬透性好它具有较高的硬度，韧性，较好的耐腐性，热强性和冷变形性能，减震性也很好。
要求高温或低温回火，但应避免在370value="560" hasspace="False" negative="True" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">-560℃之间进行回火处理。
410只是不锈钢家族中的一员，就410而言，还分0Cr13与1Cr13，视用途不同而定使用哪一种材料
SUS410(13Cr)具有良好的耐腐蚀和机械加工性能。为一般用途钢、刃具钢.410S是提高了410钢的耐腐蚀性能和成形

SUS410特性
不锈钢由于强度高，相对重量比较轻，特别是受冲击以后，吸收能量比其他金属材料轻，安全性能好，是汽车运输业使用的
重点材料。美国年汽车生产1000多万辆，每辆仅排气管部分就使用40~value="50" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">50kg铁素体钢.在使用状态下以铁素体组织为主的
不锈钢。含铬量在11%~30%，具有体心立方晶体结构。这类钢一般不含镍，有时还含有少量的Mo、Ti、Nb等到元素，
这类钢具导热系数大，膨胀系数小、抗氧化性好、抗应力腐蚀优良等特点，多用于制造耐大气、水蒸气、水及氧化性酸腐蚀
的零部件。这类钢存在塑性差、焊后塑性和耐蚀性明显降低等缺点，因而限制了它的应用。炉外精炼技术（AOD或VOD）的
应用可使碳、氮等间隙元素大大降低，因此使这类钢获得广泛应用.导热系数大，膨胀系数小、抗氧化性好、抗应力腐蚀优良

不锈钢板有热轧板和冷轧板之分、热轧是在将钢板较高的温度下轧制成相对薄一点的钢板;冷轧是在常温条件下轧制钢板。一般都是**行热轧，再进行冷轧。钢板较厚的情况下只能用热轧，轧制成较薄的板后，再进行冷轧。热轧钢板分为厚板(厚度大于value="4" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">4mm)和薄板(厚度为0.35~value="4" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">4mm)两种;冷轧钢板只有薄板(厚度为0.2~value="4" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0" w:st="on">4mm)一种。热轧的终止温度一般为800~900，之后一般在空气中冷却，因而热轧状态相当于正火处理。热轧状态交货的金属材料，由于表面覆盖有一层氧化膜，因而具有一定的耐蚀性。不锈钢冷轧板比热轧板的价格贵！
